Woots!!! cant noe tat 4th Commonwealth Taekwondo Championships - Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada - November 21-23, 2008 is for senior n junior !!! i taught is jus for senior . waoH!!! tis make me feel damn happy. nid to train hard n get selection to represent our country in tis game again. hopefully will choose me. argh!!! MUST train hard ler. xD. wanted to represent MALAYSIA again n get a better result. xD... hope to go thr wif dik erin, shuk n some new teammates. Now is about 8.30 in d morning. yesterday, Is so tired for me. my whole right led d instep n thumb injurt. din even try b4 since last time. Really a bad experience for tat to me. If not i wont jus get a bronze medal .aiks. nid to fight 5 match oni can enter d final . lost to terengganu when semi-final. SOBSOB. lost 2 points. Once enter d right, he straight away crash wif me. stupid. MY LEG!!! cant even stand up . lucky u floated in my mind. make me stand up n fight but too short time d. cant catch back d points. sob... If not cos of tis injurted leg, i edi get d gold . but wad to do. My mental not enough strong too to overcome my pain... Nid to train hard on my left leg ler so tat can b fight when my right leg injurt. Aiks!!! Nvm. Will try next time when selection in BJ. Stupid. Me n shuk let MTA national junior coach, Sir Shaik srew us up. Ask us to explain why will lost tis match. Aiks!!! cham. after dinner, den watch d match between MAS Lee Chong Wei n CHN Lin Dan . pity malaysia lee. he get a silver medal for olympics. first olympic medal since 1996. after tat, din even take bath den went to bed ler. Aiks. lazy to wake up to go stadium n help them .at last wake up at 7.3o am . lolx. slowly take bath den aunt fetch me go ler. b4 goin, went to guan yin temple to pray n eat LUM MEE for breakfast den oni go d stadium. haha. xD. today was d games for 9-11 years old. About 11 am is d opening ceremony. Grandmaster Peter Kang, our team manager when v go turkey introduce me n shuk to MB . haha. xD. He reli a gud master. He treat us like his son when v r in turkey tat time. So 'gam dong' ler. Woots!!! wad a boring demo from d Penang team . Even d old oso perform . SO SWT!!! Parents pick me up from stadium when 3 den v go pray my father side d grandparents. After tat den my mom side d grandma tat take care me from smal til she die. Sob. We went to hv tea n light dinner in ''Magalister'' Road, I think like tat spell ler. haha. About 6 pm den start training. MUM help me hold target. Pity her hand. Aiks. haha. Will help her massage next time. xD. I promise tat i will get gold in d tomorrow match . I must try my best however . Yeah , Brandon Gambateh . u can do it . Bring back to gold for every1 including himself. Yeah!!!

wao!!! wake up at 4.30a.m .Woots. meet my sir in MV at 5.30 den went to shami hse to pick up him n zett!!! . start journey at 6.30 . spd for 150km per hours ...so shock .haha.xD reach penang at 10 wif 3 times stop . start weight-in til 12 p.m . GUESS i met who ??? IS ilyana . she din participate but come to weight-in oso.lolx. wad a sexy body!!! haha. After finishing den back to bayview hotel to wait for my cousin sis to pick me up.woots. 2pm, hving lunch wif cousin sis n her friends in Chili's, Gurney Plaza. haha. back home sleep for 2 hours. LEE CHONG WEI, proud of our country, MALAYSIA in d gold medal round tomorrow.WOOTS !!! Hving indian food wif aunt n cousin sis while dinner. sienz... waiting my fight on SUNday, feel scare n excited .xD. haha

wad a bored day . 1 day b4 i go to penang. wake up early in d morning to wake sum1 up. end up cant sleep bak . xD. In d skul was totally boring. ntg to do. ''ya'' was jus floating through my mind. too miss ya d ler. I was too ecxited for tournament on 15-17 august 08 but abit scared of cant maintain my title . I can imagine tat i'm d champion on tat day i wil compete but suddenly of ya through my mind , make me feel sumthing bad. dun like d feeling... aiks. after skul,went for a hair cut. scare kena catch by discipline teacher n ajk prefects... hopefully my hair can grow longer b4 school reopen. yeah!!! MISS U !!! Happy holiday, frenz...

Aiks, wad a boring days.
Wake up in d early of d morning n prepare for d tournament in Stadium Badminton Cheras. I reach d stadium about 8.30 in d morning. My dad bought me a brand new Adidas eqs. I'm so happy bout tat. Yeah, my entire of Adidas eqs is completed at last. Woots !!! xD!!!
D morning session is d games for lower senconday school n d afternoon session is my games. Yeah!!! is excited to fight. To relax me n my friend, we went to d Jusco Cheras to jalan jalan n went to d children department n start d war. yeah. really help us to relax our mind b4 our games. haha.
When lunch times, we back to d stadium n prepare ourself for our games. I need to fight 4 round to enter d final. I wear my full entire of eqs n go down to d training hall to warm up . D first round, i go in to d ring wif a noob look n wad. D opponent really think tat i was a noob. Tat make me happy cos he just like attacking me like a brainless bull. In d end, he knock out by me in 2 minutes time wif my secret kick on his neck. D medical team carry him out wif a stretcher . I wad not reli happy for my 2nd round cos of my bad performance. It because i hv waited for too long n i felt sleepy when in d ring. So , i prepare myself for d 3rd round. It was excellent fighting wif a bull. All my fancy n secret kick was sucessfully used n score him in d games. Woots !!! In the final, is quite hard to fight wif a experience fighter but i score him wif d points of 7-4. Win him by 3 points.
Last, i get gold in d light category(55-59 kg) Under 18 n my besties get silver. He was unhappy cos of lost to a junior fighter. Although i get gold but i stil not tat happy cos tis gold is not worth it to make myself proud of myself. My aiming is d next 2 weeks d national junior championship tat held in Penang. It is tough games for me n to maintain my title in d light category is my job to maintain myself in d jr national team. Although is stress n much pressure, but i will cope wif it n get the gold medal ...
Tired day, chatting wif a pretty malay girls, ilyana( KL Sukma team) . She wasting sitting beside d head referee in d ring tat i fought jus now. Yeah!!!. haha
